Job Description:

Account Manager: Seeking experienced Account Manager responsible for 75 commercial properties. Sales and estimating, ensure projects are completed on time and under budget with the highest quality. A pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan take-offs, specifications and estimating
- Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
- Leadership Skills
- Problem Solving in a fast paced construction environment
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Schedule crews
- Assist with training
- Perform weekly one on one meetings with construction foreman
- Customer Service
- Familial with commercial lawn care, commercial grounds management

Successful candidate will have:

- Lawn & Landscape experience 3 yrs minimum
- Account Management Experience - 2 years minimum

Benefits:

• Salary $60,000/yr to $100,000/yr + Commission. Pay based on experience
